Warranty

Every Roam Supply Co. product carries a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, for as long as you own it.

What is covered

Anything that fails because of how it was made: seams that come apart, zips that fail, buckles that crack, delamination, hardware that pulls out, waterproof membranes that stop working under normal use.

We will repair it where a repair is the better outcome, and replace it where it is not. If a product is no longer made, we will replace it with the closest current equivalent.

What is not covered

Ordinary wear, accidental damage, damage from an airline or a courier, improper storage, or alterations. A pack that has been dragged across an airport floor for five years has not failed; it has been used, and we would rather repair it than argue about it.

For those, ask about our repair service. We charge for parts and postage only.

Making a claim

Send us your order number, a description of what happened, and a photo of the problem. We do not need the original packaging and we do not require a receipt if the order was placed with us.

Airline damage

Airlines are responsible for damage they cause in transit, and most require a report before you leave the airport. We will repair airline damage at cost if you would rather not deal with the claim.
