If something is not right, we will make it right.

The short version

Return anything unused, in its original condition and packaging, within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. We pay return postage on Australian orders.

What counts as unused

Gear that has been tried on indoors, packed and unpacked, or had its straps adjusted is still unused. Gear that has been worn outdoors, washed, altered, or had tags removed is not. Base layers, socks and underwear can only be returned unopened, for hygiene reasons.

How to start a return

Ask our assistant for a return, or email us with your order number and the email address you ordered with. We will send a prepaid label for Australian orders. International customers cover return postage, and we refund it when the return is the result of our error.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of the return arriving. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 3 to 5 business days to appear.

Exchanges

The fastest exchange is a return plus a new order, because it does not wait on the return arriving. If you would rather wait, tell us the size or colour you want and we will hold it where stock allows.

Sale items

Sale items follow the same 60-day policy. Final-run items marked as such are still returnable; they are simply not being restocked.
