Shipping

We ship from our warehouse in Melbourne, Monday to Friday.

Australia

Standard shipping is a flat $12.95 and usually arrives in 3 to 5 business days to metropolitan areas, or 5 to 8 to regional addresses.

Orders over $150 ship free. The threshold is calculated on the order total after any discount and before shipping.

New Zealand

Standard shipping to New Zealand is a flat $24.95 and takes 5 to 10 business days. Orders over $150 ship free.

Everywhere else

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only.

We know that is frustrating if you are reading this from somewhere else. Getting gear to the rest of the world properly means handling customs paperwork and returns in each market, and we would rather not do it at all than do it badly. We will say so here when that changes.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. You will get a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves us.

We do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers for orders containing luggage, because the carrier requires a signature on those.
